How you get paid

Simple payment plans

Net pay and gross pay are the two plans we offer. If you didn't select a payment option when you opened your account, you were automatically enrolled in net pay.

Net Pay

Gross Pay

The discount rate is deducted up front per transaction.

Gross pay: You'll be paid the full transaction amount up front, and the discount rate will be deducted at the end of your monthly billing cycle.

Your payment details

Check your Card Acceptance Agreement and review the payment plan selected. If you're unable to find your payment plan information, please call us at 1-800-268-9877 Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm EST.

Account adjustments

There may be times when money is taken back from your merchant account automatically, such as when you make a refund to a Cardmember, have an outstanding fee, or when a chargeback is issued to your account following a Cardmember dispute.
